You are required to provide personal due diligence for each person listed on the title or the entity that owns the title.
- A clear scan color copy of your Valid Passport showing the photo and signature.
- A clear scan copy of a utility bill showing your current address.
2. Property Documents
- Clear scanned copy of the original Title / Share Certificate / Documents of Ownership
- Clear scanned copy of the Plot Map
- Let us know where the Original Ownership papers are being held?
- Latest Property Tax Statement
3. Development Documents (If Applicable)
- HOA / COA Agreements (Home Owners Association / Condo Owners Association)
- Property Management Agreement
- Maintenance Agreement
- Lease Agreements
- Copy of Utility Bills ( Water, Electric, Septic (maintenance/installation invoice), Internet, Cable, Satellite, Air Conditioning (maintenance/installation invoice)
4. Where Applicable if the Title(s) to the Property (ies) is being sold in the name of a Corporation, provide the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- List of current directors and shareholders
- Record of up to date annual renewal
- Certificate of Good Standing if over 12 months old - when offer is accepted
- Passport copies of each named director/manager
