This bar sits right on the water front on the popular Caye (Key) Caulker, with it’s relaxed pace and golf carts only life style.

The bar is located in the middle of the village on the Ocean side with a 300′ dock off the sandy beach. The beach and the property under the dock are leased from the government.  The famous barrier reef is about 3/4 mile from the club. 

The large wooden building was built 1978 as a bar and hotel.  The property is 455 sq. yards  and has two buildings.  The building house the night club has 3800 sq. ft downstairs and 3400 sq ft upstairs.  In the main area, there is a game room with 8 licensed video poker and dart boards, one small kitchen and a restaurant that seats 50 people. The bar is 24′ long and the dance floor is 12′ X 12′.

Upstairs is not being used at present except as an office, a TV repair shop, and a room for a game of “Texas Hold ‘em” every Tuesday night.  There is one shower and toilet, and three bedrooms used by the band and DJ when they play.

Out back is a 25′ X 25′ cement building that was once used for a SCUBA business  but is now used for storage.

The night club has a liquor license that allows them to stay open until early morning, if desired.
